Do my bandmates need accounts?
The manager creates an account and sets up the band. Other members join using their own private link or QR code. Keep those links within your band.
What devices can we use?
Band Incubator runs in a browser on laptops, iPads and phones. Each person can open their own part. Allow audio when prompted and keep the practice page open.
Is music included?
Bring your own audio and sheet music that you have permission to use and share with your band. You can upload audio, PDF or photo sheet music and supported Guitar Pro files, or save YouTube links. No commercial song catalogue is included.
Can we play live instruments together over the internet?
Group practice synchronises the backing-track start across devices. It does not stream your microphones or provide live remote jamming. YouTube links open in their own player and are not part of synchronised playback.
Does the score follow the music automatically?
Guitar Pro files support a moving score highlight. You may need to align the score with your particular backing track. PDFs and photos are read-only views, without an automatic note highlight.
How do trials and cancellation work?
The plan offers 14 days free with card details upfront, then A$9 per band each month. Cancel through Billing before the trial ends for no payment.
Does switching devices use another member place?
No. The eight-member limit counts profiles, including the manager, rather than phones, tablets or computers.
